A Philly Cider Week class pairing four Pennsylvania ciders with four artisanal cheeses at 701 S 9th St, led by Claire Trindle of Blind Bear Beverages, Pennsylvania's first Certified Pommelier. The whole tasting is gluten free and celiac friendly; tickets through Philly Cheese School.
