We're excited to welcome the inaugural Delaware Beaches Songwriters Festival, a new live music experience bringing acclaimed songwriters from Nashville, New York, Philadelphia, Austin, Los Angeles and beyond to coastal Delaware! The festival offers music fans an opportunity to experience intimate performances while hearing the stories, inspirations and creative journeys behind the songs, and we're excited to host several special events across our properties throughout the weekend. Fireside Chat at the Dogfish INN Thursday, September 10 at 6 p.m. Kick off festival weekend at the Dogfish INN with an intimate fireside conversation featuring participating songwriters. Hosted by Dogfish Head Founder Sam Calagione, this unique gathering will offer guests a behind-the-scenes look at the songwriting process, creative inspiration and life on the road from the artists themselves. Writers Round Happy Hour at the Milton Brewery Friday, September 11 from 4 - 6 p.m. Join us at the Milton Brewery for a special Writers Round Happy Hour, where talented songwriters will take the stage to share original music and the stories behind their songs. Writers Rounds at the Milton Brewery Saturday, September 12 from 2 - 5 p.m. The celebration continues Saturday afternoon with two sets of writers rounds featuring a mix of national and local artists. Expect unforgettable performances, memorable stories and an up-close connection to the craft of songwriting, all paired with great beer and good company. The Delaware Beaches Songwriters Festival continues throughout the weekend with additional performances, special events and artist experiences across Coastal Delaware.
