Mark your calendars for Kölsch Service at Icarus Brewing this July! On Tuesday, July 14th and Tuesday, July 28th from 5 PM - 9 PM we’re pouring crisp $3 stangen of our cold and refreshing kölsch ale, Das Beste. Haven't joined us for Kölsch Service yet? Here's how it works: we'll automatically replace your empty stange with a fresh pour of kölsch and keep track of each beer with tally marks on your drink coaster. Place your coaster over your glass to pause or end service. This a traditional communal drinking experience inspired by the beer halls of Cologne, Germany, so bring your friends and get ready make some new ones too. Weather permitting, Kölsch Service will take place outside in the Beer Garden.
